If you’re reading this, then you already know what UI and UX are.
The issue that I’m seeing nowadays is that people are afraid to launch because they are scared of the feedback. Basically, they are not confident about their whole interface.
Like I said in a previous post, I’m not the biggest fan of endless tests, UI overthinking and crap like that, but I do support doing some of it that’s effective and can give you rapid feedback.
To me, the most important part is for you to actually launch your shit.
Overthinking won’t get you nowhere.
Even the most “perfect” UI won’t get your the same interaction 100% of the time. It doesn’t exist. You’ll be wasting time and money waiting for the right time.
Think of it this way, why are you scared? You are not launching it to 10 billion people overnight, so I say, just launch it. Showing people how you improve is more important and those will be your early adopters that will follow you all the way.
Design
Do initial tests with potential users
Freaking launch your SaaS
Improve your UI and UX from there
Stop overthinking and overanalyzing.
For me, it’s super simple. UI is there to get them in the door and UX is there to get them to stay.
I usually start by designing for myself or have my designer design for something I envision it’s used. We test it, then we launch it and improve from there.
How would you know what they really want? By getting them to use it and tell you about what can be improved. It’s really not that hard. Just listen to your users.
Drop me a DM and say Hi. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
